I can’t thank Manlee enough! She’s the best yoga teacher I’ve ever met. I’ve been practising yoga for a few years, but I’ve never met anyone so professional and genuinely compassionate like her! I especially love the yin-yang yoga class as it strikes a lovely balance of strength and softness. After a few group classes, I decided to have regular private sessions with Manlee, and they’ve really helped my flexibility and mobility despite ongoing spinal problems. Manlee understands this well as she was born with spinal issues too, and her own practice has helped her manage them, which makes her guidance even more reassuring. My sister and I booked a private sound bath and guided meditation with Manlee, themed around the inner child. It was an amazing experience, like being transported to the mountains and diving deep into the ocean at the same time, and it helped me reconnect with my inner child and heal childhood wounds. I’d tried sound baths with crystal singing bowls before, but this was my first time experiencing a sound bath with both Tibetan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls. They’re very different, but Manlee blends their sounds beautifully, making the whole session truly special, and I could really feel the vibrations washing over my body. Manlee’s voice is soothing yet assuring, and her hypnosis skills make it easy to stay focused. Her guidance is warm and inviting, giving a clear direction while still leaving room for our own exploration. Manlee is so kind that she answered all our questions and showed us how to play the singing bowls after the session. We love the calm, cheerful vibe she brings. Every session with Manlee feels safe, grounded and deeply supportive. Her mix of deep knowledge, genuine compassion and willingness to share life experience makes her truly special.
